Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of homeopathy was very aware of the importance of nutrition, how the diet affects chronic illness and also how it affects the body’s ability to heal.

Homeopathy can go deeper and heal health/mental or emotional issues that nutrition alone might not be able to. And it can help people who feel stuck or unable to make the nutrition & lifestyle changes they need to make due to a dysregulated nervous system, stress, anxiety, depression.

The combination of homeopathy and nutrition form a powerful synergistic force to bring balance to all areas of health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

I offer both services separately, and also as a combo. See below for more details.

This is an in depth consultation where I take into account your health history, family history, physical, mental and emotional health. Plus food desires/aversions, sleep, mood, symptoms, and all that surrounds you as person.

For all types of chronic conditions and symptoms including anxiety, depression, skin issues, hormonal imbalances, thyroid, behavioral issues, insomnia, digestive problems, chronic fatigue, any recurring issues (UTI’s, yeast, strep, ear infections etc.), frequent illness, and really any issues you’re dealing with.

Done via video chat, or in person is an option if local to Dallas.

Follow ups every 4-8 weeks are necessary for best results.

Consultation options:

• Homeopathy Initial Consultation - for first time adult clients. $250

• Child’s Initial Consultation (nutrition included) - for first time clients 12 and under. $199

• Follow up sessions - half an hour follow up to re-evaluate, all ages. $95

• Acute Consultation - A 15-20 min consultation for issues such as fevers, ear aches, stomach bugs etc. $55

• Childbirth Consultation-remedy suggestions and how to use them to support your labor and first few weeks postpartum. $95

• Adult 4 Session Package - Initial session plus 3 follow ups, with 10% discount included. $481.

• Child’s 4 Session Package - Initial session plus 3 follow ups with 10% discount included. $435.

This consultation includes a thorough review of your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire which is a 300+ online questionnaire about your symptoms or imbalances. This helps me see where your body is struggling the most and how to prioritize your care. Along with this is a 3 day food journal and a lifestyle/health history intake form. I’ll look at your digestive issues, blood sugar, hormones, mineral balance, fatty acids, vitamins, deficiencies, toxicities, thyroid, immune health, mental/emotional health, sleep, cardiovascular, and more.

You’ll receive a personalized protocol to follow for one month and then we’ll do a follow up to reevaluate, and add the next layer of healing to the protocol.

Cost for Adult Initial Consultation - $199. All follow ups are $95.

The Nutrition consultation gives a solid foundation, to make sure you’re fueling your body well, support deficiencies, blood sugar, hormones, detoxification, and includes lifestyle recommendations. Homeopathy for deeper support, to help with the mental/emotional side of things and further strengthen the person’s constitution.
